Salem High School Fencing League
The Salem High School Fencing League is an outreach program of Salem Classical Fencing. We provide opportunities for area high school students to fence for their school (including home schooled and private school students). We are recognized by the Salem-Keizer School District as a "community sponsored club sport", but otherwise have no affiliation with the school district.
Clubs compete against each other in regularly scheduled meets that feature both individual and team competition. The season runs from September through March. Programs vary by school (for example, varsity letters are awarded for fencing at some schools, but not others). All clubs train at SCF.
