Sparks Center, Willamette University (lower gym)
in Salem, Oregon

Open to all fencers (Prep, Novice, and Junior)
(Prep-level fencers are those who have been competing for less than one year 
and
who have not won 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place in an individual foil event) 

The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in the individual foil event will receive 
Junior classifications (making them ineligible for future Prep and Novice events).
